Pencil Portrait Pricing

Sizes listed above indicate actual drawing areas.

• Above fees are for a single-subject with simple backgrounds.
• Fees may vary depending on the complexity of the drawing.
• Additional fees will be added for each and every additional subject.
• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is due before any work starts on the commission.
• Fees are for unmatted and unframed portraits.
• Fees do not include shipping and handling costs.

How To Get Started

Send us an email dfitch@firemedicart.com with your ideas and photographs.

• I pride myself on creating highly detailed artwork. So the more detailed the photo the more detailed the finished drawing will be.
• High detailed digital photos are the best. Try to send in the largest format and highest dpi. >300dpi is best.

After the details and price have been discussed by email and/or phone you will receive an invoice requiring a 50% deposit before any work begins on the portrait.

Work In Progress – WIP’s

 To ensure that the portrait is up to your expectations, at least 2 progress updates will be presented by e-mail. Upon completion, the work will likewise be presented for your final approval.

Completion

 When you are completely satisfied with the portrait, you will be invoiced the remaining 50% plus shipping and handling cost to be paid before artwork is shipped.

Time Frame

 If you wish to receive your portrait at a specific time, please place your order well in advance. Completion of work depends on the size of the portrait, complexity, and the artist’s workload at the time. Rush orders may sometimes be accommodated, but they will be an additional fee per portrait. Payment and Shipment

The main Payment method I use is PayPal. Please note that portraits will only be shipped after funds are received and confirmed.

Your portrait will be shipped flat. Shipping and handling charges will be quoted accordingly.
